早速ペイント系アプリ「Paint.NET」を使ってみましたが、これは中々よい感じです、使い方はPaintshopやPhotoshopに似ています、レイヤ機能もしっかりしていてWindows標準のペイントブラシとは比較にならない優れもの、とても無料で使えるソフトとは思えません、しかも軽い。日本語表示も問題ありません。
